Eugenia Cincioni was born in Buenos Aires.
She made her first approach to art with her father, the painter Aurelio V. Cincioni. She studied with Teresio José Fara and improved her drawing skills with the artist Rodrigo Rivero. Graduated as a dance teacher at the National Dance School, she also studied anthropology at the Buenos Aires University and tapestry at the National School of Arts Ernesto de la Cárcova. In 2004 she graduated as Arts Critic and Arts Manager at the Dante Alighieri Institute of Art Studies. Judge at several Art Contests, she also works as an independent curator. She travels on a regular basis to Europe, specially to Italy, and also to Latin America; where she finds inspiration for her paintings.
